We had a wonderful Christmas experience at this hotel. The location was perfect since it was close to the port and other tourist spots. The beautiful Christmas decorations added to the holiday spirit. The staff was friendly and accommodating; they even offered a free shuttle service to the nearby mall. The breakfast buffet was satisfying, with a good variety of options.

The poor Wi-Fi signal, which was only available when the TV was on. , the rooms had poor soundproofing, making it noisy at times.
